Studio Manager

Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 57 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. 

This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission & bonuses. 

About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful and continued growth.

Lead the day-to-day running of the studio

Recruit, train and develop your studio team

Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs

Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation

Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting

Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year management experience

Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience

Experience working towards personal and team KPIs

Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills

Willingness to attend mandatory training

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry

Retail or hospitality management experience
