Scrum Studioが推進する、世界中のスタートアップを対象としたアクセラレーションプログラムの運営に携わっていただく仲間を募集します。

• Scrum Studioが推進するアクセラレーションプログラムにおいて、Managing Director及びProgram Managerと協働しながらプログラムを推進する

• プログラムに関連するロジスティクス全般（スケジューリング、ステイクホルダーとの日常的なコミュニケーション・レポーティング等）を担当する

• 世界中のスタートアップに対するプログラムの周知およびマーケティングを実施し、応募企業の中から特に有力なスタートアップを選考・選定する

• スタートアップの事業展開をサポートし、プログラムにパートナーとして参画する大企業とのビジネスマッチングを推進する

• マーケティングや事業開発を目的とする各種イベントの企画・運営を担当する

• プログラムの進捗状況を随時Scrum Ventures及びScrum Studio社内のメンバーにレポーティングする

• また、プログラムにおける知見・経験をもとにScrum Ventures社内の投資チームが行う投資活動をサポートする（応募企業・選定企業の紹介、事業性の評価等）

Scrum Studio is seeking a Program Manager to manage our global startup acceleration program. You will work with the team to foster innovation and connect innovative startups with leading Japanese corporations.

• Working with the Managing Director and Program Manager, support all aspects of operating the accelerator program.

• Responsible for program-related logistics, including scheduling, daily stakeholder communication, and reporting.

• Promote and market the program to a global audience of startups. You'll be responsible for screening and selecting the most promising applicants.

• Support participating startups in their business development efforts and facilitate business matching with our corporate partners.

• Plan and execute various events for promotion and business development.

• Provide updates on program progress to Scrum Ventures and Scrum Studio internal teams.

• Leverage the program to support Scrum Ventures' internal investment team, assisting with introductions to relevant companies and evaluating business potential.
