Studio Associate, Part-Time - Burrow

We are seeking a sales-driven, Studio Associate in our LA Studio to play a critical role in delivering a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. This is a part-time role requirement 25-30 hours per week. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging studio experience

• Guide clients through our product offerings and customization options

• Assist team with meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team selling environment.

• Work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Assist with day-to-day studio operations and upkeep

Requirements:

• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in furniture/home décor.

• Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience.

• Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
