A Day in the Life

As our new Student Worker at Medtronic, you will become an integrated part of our Nordic Tender, Pricing, and Contracting Team in Copenhagen. Your role will focus on contract management and compliance, contributing to driving revenue while balancing independent tasks and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

You'll support daily operations, gaining hands-on experience and develop your skills in contract management and customer interaction. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact while advancing your professional growth in a supportive and innovative setting.
 
Internship details:
•    Start date: July/August 2026
•    Location: Copenhagen
•    Working hours: 15 hours per week
•    Work model: hybrid
•    Duration: 12 months (with possibility to extend)
 
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Supporting contract management and customer interactions related to contracts
•    Input of data in the corporate systems
•    Assisting with day-to-day activities of the Tender and Contracting department, including general administrative support
•    Sorting and processing incoming correspondence (e-mails) in line with internal requirements
•    Contributing to the preparation of Tender documents 
 
Required Knowledge and Skills:
•    Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
•    At least an upper-intermediate level of English and Danish / Norwegian / Swedish
•    Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
•    Willingness to develop new skills, including learning new systems and tools
 
Would be a plus:
•    Business, administration, economics or healthcare background

Pay range: between 170 - 204 DKK gross per hour (depending on educational level)
