Main objectives

• Support existing teams in their day-to-day operations
• Assist with cloud activations and device code generation
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Contribute to the creation of customer-focused branded materials
• Monitor rollout progress and ensure smooth execution
• Support tracking and monitoring of service partner payments

We are looking for someone to join us for 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• You are a collaborative team player with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
• You have a client-first mindset and care about delivering a great customer experience
• You are able to organize your work independently while incorporating input from your team
• You are reliable, trustworthy, and take ownership of your responsibilities
• You are motivated to learn and work with our internal tools and systems
• Initial experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Proof of university enrollment

A minimum basic salary of EUR 1.323,12 gross per month based on a 20h employment to the advertised position.
