Što ćeš raditi:

• Arhiviranje i organizacija dokumentacije vezane uz službena vozila

• Vođenje evidencije održavanja vozila

• Evidentiranje potrošnje goriva i prijeđenih kilometara

• Izrada osnovnih izvještaja o troškovima vozila

• Pružanje podrške korisnicima vozila (registracija, servisi, štete, zamjena guma, asistencija u slučaju kvara i sl.)

• Po potrebi odvoz i dovoz vozila između korisnika i servisa

• Operativna podrška odjelu logistike u svakodnevnim zadacima

Koga tražimo:

• Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa, posebno Excela

• Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika

• Važeća vozačka dozvola B kategorije i sigurnost u vožnji

• Poželjno iskustvo u upravljanju vozilima s automatskim mjenjačem
