Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-quality reception and student experience at all times.
Scan, file, and maintain student documents.
Assist in delivering new student orientations every Monday morning.
Welcome and provide information to school guests, partners, agents, walk-ins, and trial students.
Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
Process course changes in the CRM.
Respond to new student leads via email and phone.
Follow up on inquiries within required timelines.
Manage Student Services administration, including:
- Creating new enrollments
- Managing payments
- Processing extensions and program upgrades
Support student services by coordinating accommodation, assisting with student activities, and social media to drive engagement and visibility.
Maintain receipts and accurate budget records with the Student Services Department.
Support special projects assigned by the Line Manager or Centre Director.
Complete other ad hoc duties as required to support school operations.
Requirements:
Experience in an education or administrative setting.
Post-secondary education in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Highly adaptable and able to pivot as priorities change.
Strong understanding of student services and front-desk operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
This role is a full time, in person role.
