We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Student Recruitment Manager and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

The Role:
The Student Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Principal (Academic). The role is responsible for driving student enrollment by promoting the institution’s programs, building and managing relationships with schools and agents, and supporting prospective students throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales target
- Identify high growth areas and expand school identity in Asia and beyond
- Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment
- Participate in exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent/student recruitment
- Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans
- Provide administrative and operation support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions as and when needed
- Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in student recruitment within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia, with exposure to markets beyond the region is a plus.
- Workplace location: Based in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
