General information:
The work of Prof. Fassnacht & Team at the Chair of Strategy and Marketing focuses on providing answers relevant to management based on the application of rigorous academic standards, including the analysis of their strategic implications in the areas of strategy, price management and omnichannel business. We work closely with renowned companies within the scope of our numerous consulting and cooperation projects. Prof. Fassnacht is an active part of the media landscape, regularly discussing strategic issues in numerous newspaper, radio and TV interviews, and exemplifying our aspiration: "We inspire business."
The position is a part-time job on a mini-job basis.
Your mission:
You will support us with:• the structured processing, analysis and summary of company and market information
• the preparation of presentation documents with strategic content for lectures and Chair related consulting projects
• project management activities supporting the entire project cycle
• generating and maintaining relevant, up-to-date content for the Chair's social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, homepage)
Your profile:
• degree in economics - Bachelor in the second half of your studies or Master
• ideally, you have had some initial, relevant internship experience (e.g. consulting, strategic marketing, price management, business development/M&A)
• enthusiasm for the topics of strategy, price management and omnichannel business as well as interest in current economic events
• proactive mindset, willingness to work hard, quick comprehension and a structured way of working
• very good German and English skills as well as very good MS Office skills
