We are seeking a Student Process Consultant with an interest in digital marketing and process consulting, and the hunger to deep-dive into projects for our growing list of clients.

What will your day look like?

As a Student Process Consultant in our Business Architecture Team, you will work with peers and more experienced consultants. You will drive commercial opportunities, helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Mapping and designing organizational operating models and marketing processes.

• Facilitating workshops and engaging with client stakeholders.

• Creating tools, templates, and frameworks to enhance client development.

• Defining and documenting roles and responsibilities within client organizations.

• Developing implementation playbooks and training materials.

• Coordinating projects and onboarding efforts (incl. scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, organizational charting etc.).

Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader team, which means you will get to collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams from our offices in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada and Thailand. What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are a positive and sociable team player who thrives collaborating across teams. You bring a strong drive and a can-do mentality. You find energy in creating, yet you are structured and have a strong grasp of detail. You are adept at building relationships and managing processes. In addition, you have:

• Enrolled in a relevant master’s degree or the last year of your bachelor’s degree,preferably within business administration, marketing, social sciences or similar.

• An interest in working with business architecture, digital marketing, and technical projects.

• An ability to work in complex environments both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• A proactive mindset and a holistic approach to solving problems is a great plus.

• A willingness to work between 15-20 hours a week.
