Student Placement - BSW Level (Fall 2026)

New Path Youth and Family Services has a proud history of mentoring the next generation of community and social service professionals.  We are an accredited children's mental health agency providing a range of compassionate, innovative and accessible services for children, youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. Unpaid Student Placement: BSW Level

New Path Programs and Services in which BSW level students may work:

Brief Counselling

Quick Access Clinic

Intake 

Early Years (EYS)

Adolescent Outreach (AO)

Goal of the position:

To provide evidence based/informed individual, family and group counselling services to children, youth and their families.

Client Population:

Children, youth and their families residing in Simcoe County.

Travel throughout Simcoe County will be required.

Student Responsibilities:

Individual counselling

Family counselling

Group Facilitation
