New Brunswick Counseling Center is currently accepting applications for student interns enrolled in Master’s level Counseling or Social Work programs.
Location: Mount Holly, NJ
This internship is designed for students seeking to develop their professional and clinical skills in the fields of substance abuse and mental health counseling.
What We Offer:
Experience in individual and group counseling (in-person and telehealth)
Training in case management, screenings/assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Weekly individual and group supervision with a licensed supervisor (LPC or LCSW)
A supportive environment to build clinical confidence and competence
Ideal Candidate:
Able to commit to a one-year placement
Available weekday mornings (early afternoon availability is a plus)
Motivated to gain hands-on experience in the behavioral health field
Important Details:
This is an unpaid internship
Internship is in-office only (no remote placements)
