Student Internship Opportunity – IT Operations & ServiceNow Reconciliation

Rate: $25/hr + 4% of vacation pay

Are you a student or new graduate with a passion for technology and an eye for detail? Or do you know someone to share this opportunity with to join our IT Operations team for a hands-on, 4-month internship where you’ll gain real-world experience working with enterprise tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), while contributing to internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and reconcile Managed Service Provider (MSP) orders and customer service contracts as entitlements in ServiceNow (SNOW)
Ensure alignment between active MSP orders, actual deployments, usage per customer and corresponding invoices by validating what’s in the contract
Document and update relevant data within the SNOW Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Track data and compare to entitlement levels to be able to bill customers with accurate time
Assist in enhancing SNOW's integration with Finance for improved billing accuracy (including time, overage, usage, and SPLA reporting) and provide Finance monthly usage report
Support the development of reporting dashboards such as Top X and Customer Success Management (CSM) dashboards in SNOW
Adjust NetSuite order setup to match SNOW entitlement
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program or recent graduate, who has extensive data handling and excel experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is an asset
Interest in IT service management, operations, and enterprise systems
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
