Are you a driven final-year bachelor student keen to build practical consulting skills within enterprise technology? Join Deloitte’s vibrant SAP offering as a Student Assistant supporting the Nordic Chief of Staff. This role provides a valuable opportunity to engage with strategic projects and gain insight into technology transformations alongside a leading team of SAP professionals.

You will become a part of a vibrant and professionally rewarding Nordic community of over 200 SAP professionals working with Technology Transformation, working on some of the most complex and exciting challenges our clients face. As a Student Assistant to the Nordic Chief of Staff in our SAP offering, you will play a crucial role in supporting leadership meetings, strategy development, culture initiatives, and gaining general consulting skills within Technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and prepare materials for Leadership meetings, including attending and taking notes.
• Coplan and execute various Nordic and Danish workshops for the SAP Offering, incorporating effective storytelling techniques
• Supporting Nordic Chieff of Staff with various Nordic SAP initiatives and ad hoc tasks
• Lead and coordinate internal projects as a PMO, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
• Drive culture initiatives aimed at fostering a strong sense of belonging within the team
• Stakeholder management across all organizational levels
• Work in close collaboration with executive leadership to support strategic priorities

To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong academic results and are in the final year of a bachelor’s programme, preferably in IT, Technology, Data, Mathematics, Digital or Project Management, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Proven interest or experience in technology-related fields, whether educational, work-related, or personal
• Highly motivated to learn and develop skillsets within SAP ERP systems and technology transformation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Danish and English at a high level.
• Have permission to live and work in Denmark.

While prior experience in technology related fields is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
