If you answered yes to the above, we have the perfect opportunity for you at Jacobs Douwe Egberts Peets (JDE Peets), the world’s largest pure coffee company. We are proud to work with iconic brands such as L’OR, Espresso House, Gevalia, Café Noir, and Pickwick. We are currently seeking a Student Assistant to join our L’OR & espresso capsules team. This role offers a chance to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, contribute to exciting projects, and gain hands-on experience in FMCG marketing. You will have exposure to how some of the strongest global coffee brands are built in the Nordics.
 
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with creative agencies to transcreate/develop SoMe assets, and brief media agency
• Support at sales conferences and internal meetings – both practical help and building slides
• Assist with translations, artwork approvals, and various administrative tasks such as SKU creation, SAP updates, purchase orders, and sending parcels
• Contribute to portfolio analysis and strategic decisions
• Over time, take ownership of smaller projects such as working directly with customers on brand initiatives or leading consumer competitions
• Currently studying a relevant university degree in marketing, with at least 2 years left before graduation
• Native speaker of either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (Norwegian is a strong plus).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Highly accountable with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
The expected working hours are 15 hours/week with flexibility to plan around exams. Student are expected to work in the office.
