Global Securities area is part of Global Markets, within the Structured Products business line. Its mission is to design, establish, and manage the legal and operational frameworks that enable BBVA to issue structured securities, repackaging transactions, and securitization vehicles, ensuring that products, issuance platforms and programs operate efficiently.

Sobre el puesto

Role Purpose:

• Support the operational management and coordination of issuers and structured securities issuance programs, including repackaging and securitization platforms.

• Ensure the proper execution of processes related to the setup, maintenance, and issuance of structured products, in full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issuer Setup and Administration.

• Issuance Programs and Repackaging Platforms.

• Structured Securities Issuances.

• Operational Processes and Controls to ensure efficient management of issuers and structured securities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5y aprox of experience in structured products operations, repackaging desk, securitization, capital markets, or securities issuance.

• Strong knowledge of operational workflows, regulatory documentation, and post-trade processes in structured products.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and process control.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
