Job Overview (Structural Designer/Drafter):
We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer/Drafter to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in CAD design, knowledgeable in structural and foundation detailing, and capable of producing high-quality deliverables within set project timelines.
Key Responsibilities (Structural Designer/Drafter):
Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software in compliance with Client-defined CAD standards and procedures.
Produce design drawings within project-approved budget hours and deliverable timelines.
Perform layout and detailing work for materials handling and mine plant structures within the assigned discipline.
Apply strong understanding of structural fabrication and construction techniques to ensure buildable and compliant designs.
Check design drawings for accuracy and completeness; senior candidates may lead small design teams.
Qualifications (Structural Designer/Drafter):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Designing/Drafting.
Extensive hands-on proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD (required).
Must have solid experience in concrete and foundation design.
Experience in bulk materials handling or mine plant design is highly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with both local and international engineers.
Computer-savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to work on a project-based contract (12 months).

We are seeking a skilled Piping Designer to join our growing engineering team. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical capabilities in piping design, isometrics, and mining process plant projects. If you have experience in brownfield environments and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality design outputs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities (Piping Designer):
Review plans, isometrics, P&IDs, and other piping-related drawings to ensure full compliance with project specifications and standards.
Prepare pipe spooling and identify welds and supports using AutoCAD (2016–2020).
Extract, annotate, and prepare piping GA’s and isometrics from 3D models.
Read and interpret piping and valve specifications.
Coordinate piping design activities with other engineering disciplines.
Apply and follow piping standard drawings, guidelines, pipeline and valve numbering systems.
Utilize standard pipe supports and ensure correct application.
Lay out basic equipment and structural steel to support piping design requirements.
Produce hand-sketched isometric layouts when required.
Qualifications (Piping Designer):
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Piping Designer, ideally with a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.
Strong experience with AutoCAD and pipe-spooling workflows.
Experience in Mining process plant piping design (highly preferred).
Background in brownfield piping design and piping tie-ins.
Strong ability to interpret piping isometric drawings and produce hand sketches.
Solid understanding of basic process piping terminology.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
