Our work includes multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality projects, and we pride ourselves on strong coordination, responsive service, and a collaborative environment where engineers work directly with architects, developers, and leadership.
This is not a role where you’ll sit in the background — you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, work directly with principals, and mentor junior staff while continuing to grow your career.
What You'll Own
• Manage multiple structural engineering projects from concept through construction administration
• Perform and oversee structural calculations and design development
• Prepare complete construction document packages
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and support junior engineers (EITs) and technicians
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design teams
• Help support the continued growth of our Dallas office through strong project execution
Requirements:
• 5–6+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience leading or managing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering required
• Civil Engineering degrees will be considered with strong structural project experience
• PE license preferred
• PE-eligible candidates actively working toward licensure will also be considered
• Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and design teams
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred
• Wood design experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
• U.S. citizenship required
Benefits:
• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Retirement savings plan
• Career advancement opportunities within a growing firm
• Onsite-first culture with a path to hybrid flexibility after establishing tenure
