We are hiring a Structural Engineer / Project Lead to support the continued growth of our Dallas office. This role is ideal for an engineer ready to step into a leadership track, taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients, and contributing to high-quality design from concept through construction.
Our portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality developments, and you’ll work closely with architects, developers, and firm leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input directly impacts project outcomes.
What You'll Own
• Lead structural projects from initial design through construction administration
• Perform and oversee structural analysis, calculations, and design development
• Produce and review construction documents to ensure accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as a client-facing lead throughout project execution
• Mentor junior engineers (EITs) and support team development
• Contribute to project standards and overall office growth
Requirements:
• 5–6+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead or manage projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Civil accepted with strong structural focus)
• PE license preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred
• Wood design experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
• Must be a U.S. citizen
