Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 8+ years of practical experience to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project management, with proven expertise in using Autodesk Revit for modeling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.

Conduct structural inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and international standards.

Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated project solutions.

Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance during construction.

Mentor junior engineers and oversee their technical development.

Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar).

Deep understanding of Egyptian construction codes and standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with large-scale projects and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Leadership experience in managing design teams.
