We are looking for an exceptionally qualified and experienced Structural BIM Manager to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in structural engineering along with extensive expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM). In the role of Structural BIM Manager, you will lead the BIM team, establish and enforce BIM processes, and ensure the effective completion and delivery of BIM projects.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Structural BIM team, offering guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Create and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to guarantee consistency and efficiency throughout projects.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and architects to establish BIM requirements and deliverables for each project.

• Supervise the development and upkeep of BIM models, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications.

• Perform regular model audits and clash detections to identify and address design conflicts.

• Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to seamlessly integrate their models within the overall BIM framework.

• Provide training and assistance to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in BIM technology, advising on new tools and techniques to improve productivity and quality.

• Serve as the key liaison between the BIM team and other stakeholders, facilitating ongoing collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 13 years of experience in structural engineering with a particular focus on BIM.

• Proficient in BIM software including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

• Demonstrated experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Professional BIM certification (such as Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous.

• International experience is a plus.
