Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach (High School Student Athletes)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Hours: Part-Time (Approx. 25-28 hours/week)
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and some weekends as needed
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Weight Lifting Trainer / Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with high school student-athletes across multiple sports programs. The trainer will design and lead structured workouts focused on strength training, injury prevention, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement safe, sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes.
Teach proper weightlifting form, technique, and injury-prevention strategies.
Supervise training sessions in the weight room to ensure safety and maximum effort.
Collaborate with coaches and athletic trainers to align training with team goals.
Track athlete progress and provide regular feedback to athletes and coaching staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive training environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, or athletic performance coaching (high school or college-level preferred).
Strong background in weightlifting, exercise science, or kinesiology.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate young athletes.
High level of professionalism and reliability.
Previous experience working with high school or collegiate athletes.
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one

Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
Approximately 25-28 hours per week.
