About the Role:
As a works scheduler, you will be responsible for effectively planning and coordinating work of our Streetworks and Reinstatement teams throughout a designated area. You will be planning and coordinating the work through communication with internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dedicated team situated in our modern and welcoming office in Lingley Mere.
Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week.
Salary: £25,875-£26,915 (depending on experience) per annum
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
Full customer compliance interaction to support case owner process
The role will be expected to schedule/jeopardy manage each operation raised
Regional ownership of schedule and customer for all work
Monitor the schedule and jeopardy manage for planned and reactive work
Manage the schedule in line with the case owner core principles
Monitor and manage appointments
Proactive customer touch points with CMEX in mind
Support system and process improvements
Support TM requirements
Manage street works/permits
Full compliance on ZOI and utility prints
Maintain KPI/ODI levels within work bank
Work Measures
CMEX Performance measures, Regulatory measures
Operational performance measure
Comply with the Companies H&S policies and procedures
Scheduling and Customer measures
Personal and PDR measures
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
Excellent customer service – both written and verbal
Problem solving skills
Clear and concise speaking skills
Excellent listening skills
Competent in IT, accurate data entry
Team player but will be able to work autonomously
Ability to multitask
Ability to work to deadlines
GCSE English and Maths
