Job Description
Sapphire Utility Solutions are seeking a Streetworks Administrator to be based in Leyland overseeing our United Utilities contract.
Working Hours & Location
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week 07.30am - 16.00pm
Location: Leyland
Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays.
As a streetworks administrator you will apply for permits and notice in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA).
Your role will involve:
Working closely with our team to enable operational delivery of the work to be carried out
Manage the coordination of streetworks permits by applying for them on the various systems and ensuring that the permits are in place for the traffic management to be put in place.
You will monitor the permit dates and ensure that jobs are closed down if no permit is extended
Dealing with queries
General administration duties
About you
Excellent data entry skills
Strong Attention to detail / Accuracy
Microsoft Office Experience
Previous experience of working in a process administration role
You must be have excellent communication skills and able to deal with stakeholders within the business as well as suppliers
