Join Coface Technologies and contribute to ICON, a strategic platform undergoing large-scale modernization. You will lead a Java team delivering cloud-native, scalable and resilient solutions using modern technologies.

Your Mission - You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding your team in building high-quality microservices while promoting ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers

• Design and deliver microservices using Java and Spring Boot

• Ensure code quality, security, performance and reliability

• Collaborate with architects, product owners and other teams

• Drive architectural and technical decisions

• Oversee code reviews, CI/CD and production readiness

• Contribute hands-on to complex features and POCs

• Support agile planning, estimation and delivery

• Participate in recruitment and onboarding

• Centralized logging, monitoring and observability

Required Skills & Experience

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 8+ years of Java development experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong Java fundamentals (collections, concurrency, streams)

• Proven experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs

• Experience designing distributed and microservice-based systems

• Good knowledge of database design and transaction management

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Strong time management and multi-tasking capability

• Excellent communication and leadership skills (English)

Nice to Have

• Event-driven systems and Kafka expertise.

• Security best practices in distributed systems.

• Experience in international environments.
