Strategy Trainee

Aviludo is a leading company specialized in food distribution. Founded in 1984 in the Algarve, it is present across multiple locations throughout the country, both in the north and south, with five branches represented nationwide, two of which include specialized areas for meat processing and preparation.

With extensive experience in providing personalized door-to-door delivery services for the professional food sector—particularly the HORECA channel, butcher shops, and small retailers—we offer a portfolio of more than 3,500 product references, including private-label brands.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee to support various tasks and projects across different areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tasks and projects across various departments and functions.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other key materials.
• Collaborate with different teams to support communication and ensure alignment on projects.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a similar field.
• Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves regular communication in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to support a variety of tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
