Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Strategy& (Senior) Associate – Tokenization (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

Your mission: As part of our growing Strategy& Luxembourg team, you will help clients understand and capture the opportunities emerging from blockchain and tokenization across the financial sector. You will work with experienced consultants on strategic and operational projects that bring tokenization from vision to reality — shaping how the next generation of financial infrastructure will operate. You will contribute to market research, analysis, and problem‑solving while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge initiatives across the entire digital asset value chain that are redefining how funds, banks and financial institutions work. 

This role is ideal for someone who wants to push the industry forward by making blockchain usable, scalable and trusted - and who believes that bridging revolutionary technology with institutional adoption is the key to transforming finance at its core. 

Be a part of our team where you will:   

• Support strategic and operational projects that accelerate the adoption of tokenization within mainstream financial institutions;
• Help translate breakthrough blockchain concepts into practical, institution‑grade solutions;
• Contribute to the design and assessment of operating models for tokenized products and digital‑asset infrastructures;
• Conduct deep‑dive research on markets, platforms, regulations, and ecosystem dynamics to identify emerging opportunities;
• Break down complex topics into clear, structured insights that guide client decision‑making;
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary PwC teams - from regulatory to tech to deals - to deliver cohesive, high‑impact outcomes;
• Participate in client workshops, presentations, and working sessions that shape strategic directions;
• Engage with platforms, vendors and industry players to stay plugged into the pulse of digital‑asset innovation;
• Contribute to proposals, credentials, and thought‑leadership materials that build our presence in this rapidly evolving space;
• Play an active role in developing internal knowledge and expanding our tokenization capabilities. 

Let’s talk about you. If you … 

• Have a university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (a Master’s degree is an asset); 
• Have 2–4+ years of experience in blockchain, crypto, fintech. Alternatively, consulting or financial services experience is acceptable if several crypto projects have been done while in the role;
• Understand crypto and blockchain fundamentals and the mechanics of tokenization;
• Are curious about how regulation, business models and technology converge in digital assets;
• Bring a crypto‑native mindset and genuine enthusiasm for shaping the future of digital finance;
• Can analyze and structure complex ideas with clarity and simplicity;
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences;
• Enjoy working collaboratively within cross‑functional teams;
• Feel comfortable engaging with clients, partners or emerging technology providers;
• Bring a proactive attitude and take ownership in a fast‑moving environment;
• Are perfectly fluent in English, with fluency French or German a strong asset.
