The Strategy & Propositions Rookie Program puts you at the heart of innovation. You’ll help assess markets, evaluate competitors, build business cases, and support product proposition development that shapes the future of digital banking.

This is more than an internship — it’s a launchpad into strategy, consulting, or product leadership.

What You’ll Work On

Conduct market and industry research

Perform competitor benchmarking and gap analyses

Support product proposition and business case development

Assist in building executive presentations and strategy decks

Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Finance teams

Contribute insights that inform strategic decisions
