 About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

• 戦略的意思決定を支援するため、インダストリー・製品ライン全体で解約(Attrition)に関する詳細な分析を実施する

• 他のStrategy & Programsチームメンバーと協力して、Renewalに関するファイナンシャルモデルとフォーキャストを構築・維持する

• 主にAttritionターゲットに関して、年度(FY)の目標設定および割当(Quota)設定プロセスに参加する

• 本社オペレーションチームと連携し、テリトリー分割、割当(Quota)設定計画、およびGo-to-Market戦略を検証する

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Renewalチーム、カスタマーサクセスチーム、Strategy & Programsチーム、およびオペレーションチーム間の戦略的なリエゾンとなる

• グローバルのオペレーション部門の担当者と連携し、目標、人員計画、およびテリトリー設計の一貫性を確保する

• シニアリーダーシップと緊密に連携し、戦略的なインサイトを提供し、必要に応じて役員レベルの承認を得る

Program Management & Execution

• ターゲットの割当(Quota)設定、テリトリーマッピング、および人員計画を含む複雑な部門横断的プロジェクトを主導する

• リーダーシップレビューのための包括的な戦略プレゼンテーションと文書を作成する

• 日本、韓国、台湾市場における関係者間のコミュニケーションを管理する

• 業務効率とデータ精度を向上させるためのプロセス改善を推進する

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Salesforce、Tableau、その他の分析ツールを使用して、高度なレポートとダッシュボードを構築・維持する

• 顧客更新の傾向を分析し、インサイトを導き出し、改善策を提案する

Qualifications

Required:

• ビジネス、財務、経済、または関連分野の学士号

• 戦略、オペレーション、またはビジネス分析の役割における3〜5年の経験

• Excel/Google Sheetsおよび、Tableau等のBusiness Intelligenceツールに習熟した強力な分析スキル

• 複数の複雑なイニシアティブを同時に管理できる優れたプロジェクト管理能力

• 日本語と英語(TOEIC800以上相当のビジネスレベル)の両方での高いコミュニケーション能力

• シニアエグゼクティブおよび部門横断的なチームと効果的に連携できる実績

• SQLを用いたデータ抽出やデータ整形、ビッグデータ分析の業務経験

• 財務モデリングとデータ分析において非常に正確で、細部にまで注意を払うことができる

Preferred:

• Salesforce CRMの使用経験

• SaaSまたはテクノロジー業界での経験

• セールスおよびカスタマーサクセスのオペレーションに関する理解
