We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Paris or Zurich as a Manager, experienced in Energy and Infrastructure.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

• Work in a highly demanding and agile exclusive environment, design / implement strategic plans, M&A deals such as carve outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creation plans for national and global corporate and private equity clients.

• Manage employees and lead projects / workstreams to develop Strategy on a European level

• Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.

• Be in direct contact with our clients’ top management, assume responsibilities in business development and marketing activities and take on an active role in driving our outstanding growth story.
