Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Strategy Lead, you excel at turning complex strategic ideas into clear, compelling presentations and content that inspire, inform and drive alignment and decision making across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business Strategy, Brand, and creative storytelling, supporting both the Chief Brand Officer and the Strategy organization.
You will develop executive level presentations and materials that articulate priorities, clarify decisions, and elevate how we share strategy across the organization. You combine strong business acumen with narrative and design sensibility, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, impact, and purpose.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Strategy & Enterprise PMO team, which sits within the Brand Marketing function, partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations. Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and annual strategic plan.
If you were the Strategy Lead now, here are some of the core activities you would be::
Developing High-Impact Executive-Level Presentations
• Developing high impact executive presentations for leadership forums, Board meetings, Town Halls, strategic planning cycles, seasonal reviews, and business updates
• Partnering closely with senior leaders to translate complex strategies, priorities and initiatives into compelling materials that inform, inspire and drive decisions
• Building storytelling frameworks, visual narratives, and strategic messaging that elevate how leaders communicate brand and business direction
• Transforming rough inputs (discussions, notes, draft presentations) into cohesive, polished materials that communicate ideas clearly and beautifully
Structuring & Clarifying Content
• Distilling complex strategies, insights and data into simple, visually engaging narratives that make opportunities and priorities easy to understand and act on
• Working cross-functionally with Brand, Communications, Strategy, Product, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams to gather context and translate ideas into cohesive narratives
• Refining structure, clarity and flow for high-stakes leadership materials, ensuring ideas are logically connected and easy to follow
• Ensuring consistency in how strategies and priorities are represented across teams, improving clarity and alignment during major strategic cycles and leadership forums
Elevating Visual Communication
• Developing frameworks (e.g. roadmaps, prioritization views) that make strategies easier to communicate and evaluate
• Applying strong visual design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, data visualization) to improve clarity, engagement and impact
• Collaborating with Creative and Design partners to bring storytelling to life through elevated visual systems and templates

• Developing and executing compelling brand narratives that align with long-term brand roadmaps and seasonal strategies
• Helping lead the strategic planning process, serving as a critical thought partner to senior leaders to explore business ideas
• Supporting development of a new consumer experience by defining the value proposition, strategy and engagement model
Are you our next Strategy Lead?:
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field
• You have 4+ years of post university experience in brand strategy, consulting, marketing, communications, or strategic storytelling roles
• You have a proven track record developing presentations and narratives for senior/executive audiences
• You have experience supporting or partnering with senior leaders in fastmoving or high growth environments
• You are an exceptional storyteller with strong narrative structuring, communication, and writing skills
• You have strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities; able to synthesize complex information quickly
• You have a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
• You have strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• You have a creative sensibility and an eye for design, visual flow, and narrative cohesion.
• You have familiarity with design tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Illustrator), collaboration software (e.g. Miro) and working with creative teams
• Ideally, you have experience in consumer brands, retail, or brand driven organizations and/or a background in management consulting or brand strategy
• You have strong skills in workflow organization and efficiency in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• You are agile in your approach to adapt to ever changing evolution of our business needs
• You have excellent ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD$94,000-CAD$118,000.

Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
