The Role

The Strategy & Consulting Partner will be a pivotal player in scaling our consulting frameworks and advisory services. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, possesses deep business acumen, and enjoys guiding companies through complex challenges. Specifically, this role will involve:

• Presenting strategic business frameworks to portfolio companies and external clients.

• Acting as the lead facilitator for high-impact workshops focused on business acceleration.
• Reviewing business cases, identifying bottlenecks, and crafting actionable solutions to drive growth.
• Providing 1-on-1 consulting to businesses, guiding them through tailored strategic roadmaps.
• Building and optimizing the systems necessary to scale our advisory and consulting services.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and portfolio companies, ensuring continued success and engagement.

Responsibilities

External

• Lead strategic consulting sessions with portfolio companies and high-growth businesses.
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations on business strategy, market positioning, and scalability.
• Facilitate roundtable discussions and live problem-solving exercises with business owners.
• Evaluate client businesses and craft tailored solutions to accelerate their growth.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients, acting as their strategic partner in success.

Internal

• Work with Cache Ventures’ leadership team to refine and iterate on business strategy frameworks.
• Build a scalable model for consulting and advisory services, including operational playbooks and SOPs.
• Train and mentor subject matter experts to expand the reach of our consulting programs.
• Develop performance tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of strategic engagements.
• Optimize internal documentation, business workflows, and consulting frameworks to ensure consistency and excellence.

Results & Impact

• Deliver high-impact workshops and consulting sessions with actionable takeaways.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience, maintaining high engagement and satisfaction scores.
• Track and optimize client business growth, measuring revenue impact and strategic milestones.
• Build and lead a scalable consulting infrastructure that supports Cache Ventures’ long-term vision.

Requirements:
• Elite Business Leadership: You’ve mastered the art of business, whether through a top-tier MBA and consulting background, successfully scaling and exiting a $15M+ revenue company, or leading operational value creation in private equity.
