VML THE COCKTAIL is a digital consultancy whose mission is to orchestrate and accelerate our clients' growth. We achieve this by mobilizing organizations to boost the relationship between brands and customers through the design of products and services, data, and digital technology. We are looking for a Strategy Consultant Intern to join our team in Madrid and be part of our VML THE COCKTAIL University program, our commitment to young talent.

THIS IS THE CHALLENGE

At VML THE COCKTAIL, we are looking for people who are not afraid of speed. Specifically, someone capable of understanding the challenges of technology, conveying them to our clients, and helping them move in that direction. Our business consulting team participates in end-to-end projects for different sectors (banking, insurance, travel, energy...) from a perspective that is far from traditional consulting.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

• Participate in end-to-end digital transformation projects.

• Support in identifying problems and immerse yourself in our clients' day-to-day to better understand their culture, organization, and processes.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams, side by side with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology teams.

• Develop your analytical skills, generating relevant insights for our clients' business.

• Translate these conclusions into graphic and written documents.

• Work on your verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Communicate and work daily in English.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL BE..

Someone who:

• Has finished or is about to finish their studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.

• Has a high level of English (C1 or C2).

• Loves numbers and has strong analytical skills.
