Job Description

• Leitung und Umsetzung zentraler strategischer und operativer Projekte in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
• Sparringspartner:in für strategische Fragestellungen, die vom Vorstand initiiert werden
• Eigenständige Durchführung komplexer Analysen und Recherchen
• Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder in Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Teams
• Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Identifikation und Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens

• Überdurchschnittlicher Hochschulabschluss an einer renommierten Universität
• 1–2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Strategy & Business Development, idealerweise in einer führenden Beratung, im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich oder in der Industrie; optional auch in einem Start-up-Umfeld
• Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
• Starke Persönlichkeit für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Scale-up-Umfeld
• Hohe intrinsische Motivation, aktiv Wirkung im Unternehmen zu erzielen
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie Google Workspace
