In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Associates to join the Strategy team.

As we continuously grow our practice, we are looking for Associates with energy-related academic experience to join our Strategy team in Athens.

In this sector we combine energy industry knowledge with subject matter expertise and extensive experience indicatively in corporate strategy, business planning, assessment of new green technologies, innovative energy market instruments, design and implementation of new energy market models and support on regulatory and energy policy areas.

In this role you will have the chance to be a member of large projects around the areas of energy regulation, energy markets operation and strategies.

What you bring matters

• Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor’s or/and Master’s degree)

• Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking

• Personal drive and motivation to make an impact

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English

• Curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges

• Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work
