As a Strategist, you’ll take ownership of shaping multichannel strategies for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Your focus? Combine deep consumer insights, company ambitions, and full-funnel thinking to develop digital solutions that drive results. Whether you’re collaborating with creative minds, influencers, or the data experts at team5pm and L’Oréal, you champion the belief that the smartest campaigns start with data, not just end with it. You connect the dots between insights and execution, always finding new ways to bring brands to life and push boundaries across all digital touchpoints.
What you’ll do
• Develop bold, multichannel strategies grounded in consumer insight and big-picture brand goals
• Interpret consumer journeys and touchpoints into actionable objectives for standout campaigns
• Recommend the strongest formats, platforms, and channels for every campaign and objective
• Bring strategic direction across L'Oréal divisions, spotting opportunities to create synergy and sharpen each brand’s unique approach
• Collaborate closely with creativity, data, and influencer marketing teams to ensure cohesive, insight-driven campaign concepts
• Serve as the bridge between research/analytics and creative/execution teams
• Partner with Account Managers and promotional teams to keep brand priorities and campaign definitions crystal clear
• Use data to inform campaign strategy from the start, transforming insights into creative action and measurable results
What are we looking for
• You’ve got 4+ years of experience in digital planning, strategy, or a similar role, ideally working on high-profile or fast-paced accounts, so you know how to handle big challenges and tight deadlines.
• You’ve got a strong track record of teaming up with both data wizards and creative minds, you know how to bring different types of people together.
• You’re a top communicator who makes sure everyone’s on the same page when it comes to strategy and teamwork.
• You’re a real self-starter: motivated, responsible, and always ready to dive into new things. You’ve got a big passion for innovation too.
• You’re experienced in managing teams and know how to coordinate smoothly across different departments or projects.
• You’re genuinely enthusiastic about all things digital marketing, especially when it’s driven by data and new strategies.
• You’re a native Dutch speaker and totally comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. If you also speak French, it’s definitely a plus!
