Strategic Sales Analyst

Aviludo is a leading company specialized in food distribution. Founded in 1984 in the Algarve, it is present across multiple locations throughout the country, both in the north and south, with five branches represented nationwide, two of which include specialized areas for meat processing and preparation.

With extensive experience in providing personalized door-to-door delivery services for the professional food sector—particularly the HORECA channel, butcher shops, and small retailers—we offer a portfolio of more than 3,500 product references, including private-label brands.

Mission: Support the commercial organization by transforming sales data into actionable insight, helping steer the salesforce, identify opportunities and performance gaps, and build efficient processes that improve execution and drive profitable growth.

Main Responsabilities:

• Identify sales opportunities, trends, and performance gaps across customers, territories, and product categories and drive actionable plans with the salesforce to capture growth.
• Support the development and optimization of commercial processes and reporting routines to improve efficiency.
• Influence sales strategy by delivering high-impact, data-driven insights and recommendations ins sales meetings and business reviews.
• Investigate and solve issues related to sales data, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to executive strategic actions and improve commercial execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support salesforce steering and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance analysis and evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence different levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
