Join Sika’s Strategic Projects teams for Region EMEA as a Strategic Projects Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in management reporting and strategic projects focusing on business development and operational efficiencies. In your role, you will work closely with the Strategic Projects team across diverse range of topics, you will have exposure to cross-functional teams ranging from Sales to Operations, from Regional management to all EMEA Countries.

Exciting Challenges

• Support reporting activities: Assist in preparing regular business performance reports and periodic tracking of country plans. You will learn how to collect, organize and consolidate business initiatives that enable business growth.
• Data crunching and analysis: Work closely with team members to collect, prepare and analyse data sets of various nature (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain), identify trends, and generate actionable insights. You will use tools like Excel and PowerBI dashboards to transform raw data into clear, impactful insights.
• Bring insights to impactful presentations: Help draft presentation and visualizations for management. You will learn to communicate complex information in compelling storytelling to enable strategic decision making.
• Collaborate across teams: Participate in cross-functional meetings and drive individual communications. You will gain exposure to how company/Region-wide strategic topics are shaped and executed.

 

Your Expertise - Our Strength

• Recently completed Master or in your second year of Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar
• Previous internship experiences in project management, data analysis or strategy consulting is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarization of data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus
• Proactive approach in tackling day-to-day challenges and data-related problems, attention to details, and willingness to learn with a can-do spirit
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business strategy
• Positive attitude to work closely with the team (also in hybrid setup), while engaging broader stakeholders adhering to process requirement
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other European languages would be a plus
