Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

The Strategic Project Manager will provide essential operational and strategic support to accelerate the Global Sales & Revenue key priorities and initiatives, including but not limited to Business Travel, Leisure, Meetings & Events, CSR and B2B Loyalty initiatives. This role reinforces the Strategic Projects team to ensure delivery of high‑potential, business‑critical initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively, working closely with the VP Strategic Projects, CSR & Office, Strategic Project team, Global Sales & Revenue leadership, and cross‑functional teams, the Strategic Project Manager oversees the end‑to‑end coordination, governance, and execution of strategic projects to ensure successful delivery of OKRs.

Your mission: 

Project Management & Execution:

• Manage strategic projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables and KPIs are achieved.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project operations, tracking progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Coordinate transversal workstreams across Hubs, Global Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital teams.
• Implement a continuous feedback loop and surface alerts to leadership proactively.

Strategic & Operational Support

• Support the VP Strategic Projects, CSR & Office in creating operational frameworks, governance, and performance tracking models.
• Consolidate data, analyse performance metrics, and generate insights and dashboards
• Prepare strategic updates, recommendations, and key decision-support materials for leadership.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Ensure clear communication across Global Sales & Revenue, Hubs, and supporting departments.
• Relay information between Leadership team members, Global and Hubs teams, deliver effective communications across Sales and beyond promoting a community mindset to engage and motivate
• Consult and advise GS Teams on protocol and delivery of global projects
• Draft project communications, internal announcements, and leadership updates.
• Maintain project documentation, agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Build engagement and alignment across a multi‑regional and multicultural ecosystem.

Presentation & Asset Development

• Develop high‑quality presentations, reports, toolkits and strategic frameworks for internal/external use.
• Support Global Sales participation in commercial events, reviews, and leadership forums.Project Management

And you? 

• 7+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within Travel, Hospitality, B2B, Digital, or Commercial functions.

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional and C‑suite–level projects.

• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

• Highly organised with outstanding ability to prioritise, multi‑task and deliver under pressure

• Strong analytical skills and ease working with data, KPIs and performance models.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to influence without authority.

• High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving mindset.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); comfortable with digital tools and platforms.

• Fluent in English AND French (excellent written and verbal communication).

• Able to travel as required for business needs.
