The Role

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving high-impact initiatives across strategy, analytics, and retail partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, this role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll help manage strategic projects end-to-end — from ideation and analysis to execution and measurement — ensuring key business priorities move forward efficiently.

This position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to all areas of the business while helping shape the next phase of growth for a mission-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from conception through implementation

• Support the development and execution of retention and customer growth initiatives

• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions

• Perform analytical deep dives into key business metrics, uncovering drivers of performance and actionable insights

• Build and maintain complex business models in Google Sheets or Excel to forecast and evaluate initiatives

• Manage regular business reporting and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau

• Support sales and retail partnership activities — including outreach, sales material creation, and campaign management

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects

• Contribute to business case development, reporting, and process improvements

• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and growth within the organization

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling large and complex data sets

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with Tableau is a plus (and teachable)

• Proven ability to manage and execute complex cross-functional projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders

• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented project manager

• Entrepreneurial mindset — creative, resourceful, and motivated to drive measurable impact

• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution

• Passion for improving the lives of pets and interest in the pet wellness or consumer goods space
