Strategic Procurement Specialist

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for optimizing supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies? Do you thrive in an international environment, collaborating across teams to achieve the best purchasing outcomes? If so, this role is for you.

We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist to support our procurement and sourcing initiatives in Spain and to lead global procurement projects. In this role, you will work closely with business/IT stakeholders to identify the right partners, negotiate optimal supplier terms, and ensure seamless contract execution in coordination with Legal and Compliance.

What You Will Do
Manage sourcing initiatives in Spain and lead international sourcing projects
collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations
lead sourcing for (indirect) spend categories such as IT software/hardware and professional services, and other procurement categories
drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management
develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency

What You Bring
degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications
at least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting
strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
