85% of our members are software engineers with a background in computer science, physics or mathematics, many also with a strong background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

ABOUT YOUR JOB:
• As part of our Leadership, Performance & Development Team you contribute to our team's mission to empower the growth of our members to achieve their highest possible performance no matter which role or experience level. Together we drive crucial people topics - on individual, team and company level.
• You design, implement and constantly re-evaluate development measures for our engineers and leads (e.g. lead onboarding, leadership training, performance management). You bring in your ideas, drive them forward and take over end-to-end responsibility for your projects.
• You closely collaborate with engineering leads and the management to build our future organization. You actively involve them in the process by presenting and discussing our initiatives.
• You act as a coach and consultant for our members. We’re not only focusing on providing sparring and guidance to our leads, but also training and supporting every engineer enhancing their skills and mindset (e.g. confidence, communication).
• You monitor the people KPIs (e.g. growth, performance, attrition) to provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Together with our leads you observe the performance and well-being of our members and teams and derive suitable measures and initiatives if needed.


ABOUT YOU:
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of development, performance and leadership, ideally in a software engineering company. You hold an excellent university degree in psychology, education, anthropology, sports psychology or social sciences.
• You have project management experience and have the confidence to successfully and independently drive your own topics and make decisions.
• You bring expertise in designing and implementing development and performance measures. Bonus: You have experience as a trainer or moderator.
• You can always rely on your excellent organizational skills that enable you to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
• You have excellent communication and moderation skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (company language is English). You are inspiring, assertive and present yourself confidently in front of a group.
• A highly dynamic and fast moving work environment motivates you. You're ambitious and always looking for the next challenge.
• You are empathetic and understand our members' needs. Through your practical experience, you have tools and methods at hand to coach and support our leads and members in mastering their challenges to improve their performance.
