About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, Japan, you will guide regional content creator development, new creator acquisition, and work on strategic programs tied to content growth. You will be the primary contact for assigned individual creators in Japan, with the aim to bring out their untapped potential by making sure they make full use of the wide set of tools Twitch has to offer. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have account management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines.

This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

You Will:

• Manage a portfolio of creator accounts, providing day to day support, guidance and strategic advice to drive their growth on Twitch.

• Own competitive insights for the JP market, analyzing trends, surfacing opportunities and informing go-to-market strategies and forecasts.

• Initiate, coordinate and scale educational programs to empower local creators and partners.

• Support the planning and execution of local events from a Partner Management perspective, ensuring creators are set up for success.

• Track, analyze and report on key performance metrics, objectives and overall health of your partner portfolio.

• Identify and engage potential creators, guiding them through onboarding and educating them on the value and best practices of streaming on Twitch.

You Have:

• 4+ years client management, talent management or program management experience.

• Written and verbal fluency in both Japanese and English.

• An existing and strong network within the Japanese talent or creator industry.

• Understanding of online video ecosystems and advertising metrics, with the ability to translate insights into clear guidance for creators and internal teams.

• A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping creators grow.

• High degree of accountability and sense of ownership

• A proactive approach to staying current on creator, streaming and content trends.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.

• Existing relationships with gaming or non-gaming community content creators

• Familiarity with Twitch as a creator or deep knowledge as an active user.

• Previous experience at a gaming, entertainment, or live-streaming platform company.

日本のシニアパートナーシップマネージャーを直属の上司として、日本におけるコンテンツクリエイターの成長支援、新規クリエイター獲得、そしてコンテンツの成長につながる戦略的プログラムを担当していただきます。日本における担当クリエイターの主要な連絡窓口になり、Twitchが提供する幅広いツールを最大限活用してもらうことで、そのポテンシャルを最大限引き出してください。日本のクリエイター市場に精通し、アカウント管理経験とカスタマーサービス精神を持ち、変化し続けるスケジュールに柔軟に対応できる方が理想的です。

業務内容

• Twitchにおけるクリエイターの成長促進を目的とする日々のサポート、ガイダンス、戦略的アドバイスの提供を含む、クリエイターアカウントのポートフォリオ管理。

• 日本市場の競合に関する知見の把握、トレンド分析、機会発掘および、Go-To-Market戦略とその予測の作成・報告。

• 地域のクリエイターやパートナーへの支援を目的とした教育プログラムの立ち上げ、調整、および拡大。

• パートナーマネジメントの観点から地域イベントの企画・実行をサポートし、クリエイターが成功できる環境を整えること。

• パートナーポートフォリオの主要なパフォーマンス指標、目標、全体的な健全性の継続的把握、分析、報告。

• 将来性あるクリエイターを見つけ、参加を促し、オンボーディングおよび、Twitchで配信する魅力とベストプラクティスの伝達を通じて支援すること。

応募資格

• クライアント管理、タレント管理、またはプログラム管理における経験4年以上。

• 日本語と英語の両方で流暢に読み書き・会話ができること。

• 日本のタレント業界やクリエイター業界において、強いネットワークを持っていること。

• オンライン動画のエコシステムや広告指標についての理解。また、有している/新たに得た知見をもとに明確な指針を作成し、クリエイターや社内チームに提供する能力。

• クリエイティブかつソリューション重視のマインドセット、およびクリエイターの成長を助けたいという熱意。

• 高度なアカウンタビリティとオーナーシップの意識

• クリエイター、配信、コンテンツの最新トレンドを継続的に把握する積極的姿勢。
