ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager - Banking (m/f/d) to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead partner onboarding projects end-to-end from scoping to Go-Live and post-launch support
Drive value creation and scalable product launches together with banking partners
Act as the main point of contact for partner account management and lead strategic initiatives to increase product adoption and long-term success
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partner implementations
Drive structured project management and build deep knowledge across banking processes, payments, and embedded finance
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
4+ years of experience in the financial industry (i.e. Banks/ Fintechs), or in the consulting industry with a focus on banks
Experience designing and executing go-to-market models, ideally with partners (e.g. white-label, embedded finance, referral programs)
A structured and proactive approach to building processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering impact
Strong project management skills with clear ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can engage with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
Ideally Berlin-based or open to working in a hybrid setup
