Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Grow atmio’s partnerships: build relationships with industry associations, regulators, and tech partners, and identify opportunities that accelerate growth and open new markets
• Drive business development end-to-end: take projects from first idea to signed deal and long-term partnership
• Shape our go-to-market approach: represent atmio at industry events and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
• Contribute to strategy and impact: bring fresh ideas, a can-do attitude, and help steer growth in a fast-moving start-up environment

Requirements:
Skills & experience you will need 💪

• Proven track record in business and partnerships development in a B2B environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English (additional European languages are a plus)

Nice-to-haves 🍒

• Deep understanding of the natural gas value chain and its regulatory environment, ideally including EU Methane Regulation
• Existing network of contacts in the natural gas industry and/or regulatory bodies
• Familiarity with methane emissions detection, monitoring, or reporting technologies
