Domains are the first commercial decision every business makes online and a critical strategic lever across brand, hosting, cloud, and security ecosystems. At IONOS, we are building a Senior Enterprise Sales capability focused on driving long-term growth through strategic deals and high-impact partnerships.

This is a role for a builder of revenue engines, not a manager of existing accounts. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with total ownership where you shape deals from first principles and closing commercially meaningful agreements with senior decision-makers.

Tasks

Your impact will be:

• Revenue Architecture: Own and grow a multi-million-euro enterprise pipeline with direct responsibility for new revenue creation and strategic account expansion.

• Complex Deal Leadership: Lead high-stakes enterprise sales cycles involving multi-year contracts, intricate pricing models, and C-level stakeholders.

• Whitespace Innovation: Proactively identify market gaps, structure new commercial propositions, and bring deals from concept to close.

• Strategic Growth: Move beyond passive maintenance. Drive growth through sophisticated upsell, cross-sell, and new monetization models.

• Commercial Mentorship: Act as a leader within a small, specialized team, setting the gold standard for deal quality and negotiation strategy.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Track Record: Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Business Development, or complex B2B Partnerships (ideally in SaaS, Infrastructure, or Digital Ecosystems).

• Commercial Instinct: You have a "sharp eye" for pricing, margins, and leverage. You are comfortable defending value and have the confidence to walk away from deals that make less strategic sense.

• Executive Presence: You speak the language of C-level and VP-level counterparts both internally and externally.

• Accountability: You possess the ambition to operate with high autonomy and the maturity to handle the accountability that comes with it.

• Languages: Fluency in both German and English is non-negotiable.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel (mostly within EU) at times to represent IONOS at key industry events.
