Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Strategic Partner Manager to join our Partnerships Team at our office in Berlin or Hamburg. Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare!

As Strategic Partner Manager, you take ownership of building and scaling Nelly’s partner ecosystem into a measurable growth channel. You structure and activate existing partnerships, identify and close new strategic partners, and turn relationships into tangible commercial outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you drive joint go-to-market initiatives, increase partner-sourced pipeline, and establish clear performance tracking. Your focus is execution, transparency, and making partnerships a predictable and scalable revenue lever.

Joining us, you will:

• Own and structure Nelly’s existing and future partner ecosystem (integration partners, PMS providers, billing, IT, ecosystem players).

• Transform partnerships from ad-hoc collaboration into structured, commercially impactful relationships.

• Segment and prioritise partners, define clear value propositions, and implement activation plans with measurable KPIs.

• Drive partner-sourced qualified leads, partner-influenced pipeline, and revenue contribution in close collaboration with Sales.

• Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent activation and conversion.

• Develop partner enablement materials and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to create repeatable impact.

• Establish transparent reporting, standardised onboarding, and scalable partner models with continuous ROI evaluation.

• Proactively identify, prioritise, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships within the dental and medical ecosystem.

What you'll bring:

Experience

• minimum of 4 years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles

• Proven experience driving partner-sourced pipeline or revenue

• Experience working with integration or technology partners

• Commercial mindset with outcome ownership

Strong plus:

• Existing network in the dental or broader medical ecosystem
(e.g., PMS providers, billing agencies, practice IT providers, medical associations)

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or AI-driven businesses

Capabilities

• Strong relationship builder with commercial instinct

• Structured and process-oriented

• Comfortable being measured on pipeline contribution

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• High ownership and execution discipline

• Business-fluent German and English required

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and create opportunities from scratch

This role is not for you if:
