Your contribution to something big:

As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you play a key role in aligning strategic initiatives with operational excellence.

• You ensure PM standards, processes, and governance are applied consistently to enable successful project delivery.
• You analyze and optimize processes, identifying improvement potential and implementing sustainable solutions.
• You coordinate strategic department and factory projects, acting as an interface between engineering, industrialization, and business stakeholders.
• You transform KPIs into meaningful insights, ensuring transparency and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• You manage and coordinate new project quotations by aligning stakeholders, collecting relevant data, and contributing to competitive proposals.
• You steer and develop the department Business Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic targets and enabling structured performance tracking.
• You leverage digital tools and AI-powered analytics to enhance project transparency and process efficiency.

With your work, you bridge operational implementation and strategic direction – contributing directly to Bosch’s industrial competitiveness.

What distinguishes you:

1. Education

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.

2. Experience

• Around 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, process improvement, or complex project coordination — ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in KPI tracking, business planning, or quotation processes is an advantage.

3. Know-how

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, traditional, or hybrid)
• Experience in process analysis and optimization
• Confident handling of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Understanding of KPI management and performance tracking
• Interest in digitalization and AI-driven solutions
• Familiarity with manufacturing or factory engineering processes is a plus

4. Languages

• Very good English skills are required. Additional languages are beneficial.

5. Working Style and Methods

• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way.
• You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating data into actionable measures.

6. Personality

• Proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions.
• Strategic thinking, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset characterize your approach.
