Position Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams through data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational execution. This role focuses on improving operational performance by analyzing trends, building and maintaining metrics, and supporting complex initiatives through strong analytical rigor and collaboration.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify operational trends, cost drivers, workflow bottlenecks, and performance improvement opportunities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, define, and refine KPIs and performance metrics

• Build, maintain, and quality check dashboards and reports using SQL and Excel

• Support scenario modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses

• Contribute to project management for cross-department initiatives, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for analytics and reporting enhancements

• Develop and maintain standardized reporting, documentation, and repeatable operational processes

• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners

• Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, FP&A, strategy, or strategic operations

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience working with large datasets

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively across teams

Salary Range
$85,000—$100,000 USD
