Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Marketing Manager to join our Cyprus-based team and support a portfolio of diversified IT ventures, including SaaS products and AI-driven platforms.

This is not a traditional marketing role – we are seeking someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys owning both the strategy and execution, and can work closely with senior leadership to shape the brand, positioning, and market footprint of multiple projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple IT ventures within the family office structure

Own end-to-end marketing operations – from high-level planning to tactical implementation across channels

Lead market research and competitor analysis to guide positioning, messaging, and campaign direction

Oversee brand development and ensure consistent identity across platforms and markets

Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Tech teams to translate complex propositions into market-ready narratives

Create and manage marketing plans, digital campaigns, and PR initiatives across global audiences

Track marketing performance, KPIs, and budget allocations with structured reporting

Supervise vendors and marketing agencies as needed

Support fundraising and partnership efforts through pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor communications

AI & Tech Focus

You will be supporting next-generation products powered by AI and automation – experience with AI tools and solid understanding of tech trends are essential

hat We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital ecosystems

Proven ability to build and execute brand, content, and go-to-market strategies

Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and leadership teams

Excellent English communication skills and professional working level of Russian – written and verbal

Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, and modern marketing stacks

A passion for AI, future technologies, and innovation

Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
